Fourth Degree Black Belt Jamie Thornton White and Fourth Degree Sharon Thornton have 30 years of experience practicing and teaching both the traditional martial arts and nitty, gritty, nasty street Self-Defense tactics.

Our Mission

To support and empower our students to discover their inner power. Learn practical and powerful life-saving self-defense techniques; disable and free yourself from an attacker no matter your age, size, gender, fitness level, or strength; learn the attacker’s vulnerable targets and your body’s weaponry; discover how to employ powerful and targeted technique; learn how to escape from common holds; practice awareness training skills in scenario drills; and develop a confidence in how you carry yourself.

Private Individual or Private Group Class

Schedule a private 60-90 minute one-on-one self-defense class. $75 for an individual private session. Schedule a private 60-90 minute group self-defense class.
$175 for a group of up to 30 participants.
Schedule a Scouts 60-minute self-defense class.
$5 per Scout (8 minimum).

Two Hour Intensive Public Group Class

In this valuable class, you will learn practical and powerful, yet simple to learn, self-defense techniques that can save your life. Whatever your age, fitness level, gender, strength, or size, the techniques learned will make you feel empowered, capable of defending and freeing yourself, and more aware of your surroundings and the unseen dangers in your environment. Public classes are offered quarterly at $25 per person.

“Since I started this class, I have learned many useful techniques that could someday save my life. In addition to learning many different techniques, my confidence level has also risen to a new high. The moves I was taught are very effective and do not require a great deal of force. Scout self defense class

As an outreach to our community, we offer group classes for Scout troups of all ages. Each class is tailored to the age group and developmental level of the participants.
