Flow yoga
Yoga with Jamie is a Viniyoga flow class, suitable for all levels from beginner to seasoned practitioner. Jamie teaches postures on the base level, with optional progressions and challenges, enabling the student to progress at their own pace. Increase flexibility, strength, and balance as you practice in “the art of letting go” of stress, worry, anxiety, and tension.
Yin Yoga
What is beginning Yin Yoga? Much deeper and slower than our Flow Yoga, yet still beginner friendly. This practice targets the fascia and connective tissue and is more meditative and restorative. It can help to calm your busy mind.
yoga nidra
In Yoga Nidra, you will be lying down in a comfortable position. Bring your favorite pillow and blanket. You will then be guided into a deep state of conscious relaxation. This practice rejuvenates the mind and body.
sound immersion meditation experience
Join us for our Sound Immersion Meditation Experience. We begin with gentle QiGong movement and guided breath meditation and flow into our deeply meditative sound immersion using crystal singing bowls, soothing chimes, and grounding percussion. Please bring blankets and pillows and wear comfortable clothing. Pre-registration is required as spaces fill quickly. Sessions are $25 per person.

Present your punch card to the front desk attendant when your arrive for class.
Please dress out in comfortable exercise clothing that does not restrict movement. You may wear any type of new, good-quality aerobics or athletic shoes for cardio classes. However, as a courtesy to other students taking mat classes, you must only wear these shoes during Cardio class—they should not be worn outdoors.

Don’t worry! All of our classes emphasize safety and proper execution to create a workout that safely burns calories, utilizes multiple muscle groups, increases cardio respiratory fitness, and utilizes full range of motion. All our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness and skill levels—from beginner to advanced—allowing students to work and progress at their own pace.
